Eman Bacosa Pacquiao’s career is off to a promising start. The 20-year-old lightweight prospect scored his third straight knockout win over Jan Clyde Langahin via a third-round stoppage. The four-round bout was held at Okada Manila as part of the boxing program, “Manny Pacquiao Presents: Blow-by-Blow”, which airs every Sunday on Cignal’s ONE Sports channel.
The 5’10 Bacosa’s length and lanky stature proved too much for the smaller Langahin. But while the fight was far from the glamorous stages that the elder Pacquiao made his name on, there were flashes of the signature aggression that made PacMan a must-see. It marked Bacosa’s fourth appearance on Blow-by-Blow, with a record of 3 wins, zero losses, and 1 draw.
Eman first made headlines last year as the alleged son of Manny Pacquiao, and for choosing to follow in his supposed father’s footsteps, even being trained by Pacquiao’s longtime trainer, Buboy Fernandez. Eman would then be the second Pacquiao to take up the gloves, after Jimuel Pacquiao, who is training in the United States.
