Basketball’s brightest stars converge in Indianapolis as the National Basketball Association (NBA) recognizes the league’s superstar talent through its annual All-Star Celebration.
Supplementing the festivities, Nike Philippines previewed its weekend capsule through friendly pick-up games on The Courtyard last February 8, 2024, showcasing the brand’s signature athletes with colorways hitting shelves by the weekend.
Among the Swoosh’s evergreen poster children, LeBron James, Ja Morant, and Kevin Durant’s signature silhouettes surfaced on the Nike Grind court through the LeBron XXI EP “Queen Conch” (₱11,295), Ja EP “Check” (₱7,395), and Zoom KD 16 EP “Easy” (₱8,395) colorways.
Its “Greater Than” (G.T.) collection paid homage to the legacies that came before it, reviving the Scottie Pippen-slated Air Uptempo and Jason Kidd’s Air Zoom Flight 5 through the Air Zoom G.T. Hustle 2 EP “ASW” (₱9,895) Air Zoom G.T. Cut 3 EP “ASW” (₱10,895) and the Air Zoom G.T. Jump 2 EP “ASW” (₱10,295)
Joining the ensemble is two-time Most Valuable Player awardee Giannis Antetokounmpo with his Zoom Freak 5 EP ‘ASW” (₱7,095) and Jordan brand’s Luka Doncic through the Luka 2 “Midnight Racer” (₱7,395), among others.
