‘Memorable” is an understatement for James Reid’s debut on Milan’s Fashion Week floor last January 20, 2024. The Filipino-Australian attended Emporio Armani’s Fall/Winter ‘24 collection showcase as one of the Italian luxury fashion house’s “special guests” with his partner, Issa Pressman.
Following his visit to the Fendi Men’s Fall/Winter ‘24 (FW24) runway earlier in the day, he appeared during the evening exhibit with its pieces emerging “in the foreground of a fictitious, dark lighthouse” as an ode to the Giorgio Armani’s love for the sea.
Observing from just beyond the runway together with Josh Beauchamp, Naska, Glenn Yong, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Harry Lawtey, Leo Woodall, and others, the 30-year-old sported a sleek all-black ensemble, through a “meticulously tailored coat and suit, in sync with the ethos of Giorgio Armani's creations.” He was captured with the legendary designer and his daughter, Roberta, as photos of the interaction surfaced on social media.

Reid’s Italian weekend-long festivities concluded with Tod's FW24 Men's Collection as he traveled to Paris, France, for the unveiling of the Louis Vuitton FW24 capsule—the maiden show of newly appointed creative director Pharell Williams, where he reunited with GOT7 member BamBam. The singer-songwriter-actor also attended KENZO’s FW24 debut to round up his travels.
