Culminating their “Pagtatag! World Tour” last August 2023, the ensemble consisting of Pablo, Ken, Stell, Josh, and Justin broke ground in North America through 10 performances across the United States and Canada. Scheduled for their Indonesian debut this October 21-22, 2023, SB19 will perform alongside Korean pop (K-Pop) idols and fellow emerging artists from the 10 Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) nations.
The ASEAN-Korea Music Festival project (formally recognized as ROUND) embraces the sound of its Southeast Asian counterparts, distinguishing the event as an opportunity to create bonds that redefine the continent’s musical identity.
“We hope to connect the hearts and minds of music lovers with the emotions, joy, memories, and everything that can be delivered through music. And hope that people who are alienated from borders, language, culture, and customs will reconnect again, recognize and understand, and look closer to each other equally as music fans,” the festival’s biography reads.
