Introducing his “Lolo Kanor” alias, Michael V.’s viral parody “Waiting Here sa Pila” has amassed over 2.3 million views on YouTube since it was uploaded on September 10, 2023. Lola Amour regarded his version as “an honor” for them, as shared through an Instagram story, as the two joined forces for a humorous opening number.
Donning his Elvis-like pompadour and gold-black coordinates, Lolo Kanor emerged alongside the song’s original composers, covering the first verse of the parody. Michael V handed the spotlight to frontman Pio Dumayas, incorporating his unique twist to the composition.
