Jackson took the news of her arrival to Instagram, together with the caption: “Can’t wait to see you 😘.” Her innovativeness and elaborate on-stage persona shone through the decades, recognizable for chart-topping singles such as “Together Again,” “That’s The Way Love Goes,” and “Scream,” in collaboration with her late brother, Michael Jackson.
“Together Again” marks Jackson’s tenth concert tour, last appearing before her Filipino fans at the PICC Plenary Hall in 2011 during Manila’s “Number Ones–Up Close and Personal” World Tour. The title of the 1997 track aligns perfectly with the news of her performance, returning to the Philippines more than a decade later.
