P-pop continues its overwhelming surge in the country, as BINI surpasses Taylor Swift as the daily most-listened-to artist, according to Spotify Charts.
The collective’s label, Star Music Philippines, took the news of the achievement to social media last June 16, 2024, celebrating the historic feat and extending their congratulations to the eight-member girl group.

Following their inaugural BINI Day in celebration of their third anniversary last June 11, 2024, BINI, consisting of Aiah, Colet, Gwen, Maloi, Jhoanna, Mikha, Sheena, and Stacey, reportedly entered the charts last February 2024, steadily rising through the ranks before managing the top spot.
Conceiving hits such as Pantropiko and Salamin, Salamin with a combined 146 million streams as of writing, BINI claimed Swift’s 138-week reign as the streaming platform’s daily top artist—a feat 128 days in the making.
With over 6.5 million monthly listeners, they manage a back-and-forth contest between the Tourtured Poets Department hitmaker, followed by Hev Abi, Ariana Grande, Sabrina Carpenter, Maki, TJ Monterde, SZA, Al James, and Billie Eilish.
