When the sun creeps back into the horizon is when the crowds come flocking. One of the more populated areas in the metro (especially during Fridays and the weekends), Poblacion, Makati is recognized for its authentic and lively nightlife experience.

The late evening/early morning scene has elevated in recent years, inviting crowds from different walks of life. The area may seem daunting given its mysterious demeanor, though its beauty and life hide in places you may never expect.

Here’s to the Moments that Matter

By choosing to set foot into the heart of Makati, It’s also important to note that though many of the locations we’ve mentioned are relatively walkable, we’d recommend arriving at the scene early (say around 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM). Parking may be scarce, especially along its narrow streets.

Night owls will be greeted with both excitement and curiosity. Though likened to any after-hours experience, we’d suggest bringing a friend or two (just in case), being wary of the strangers you may encounter. Holding your drink is preferred, but in case you may be filled with too much, it’s best to have a sober or fellow drinking buddy at your disposal.

If you ever find yourself sleepless in the city, take this Poblacion nightlife guide and openly discover and wander into its arms.
