Francis M’s Alleged Lover “Sells” Photos Taken by The Rap Icon

Francis Magalona’s alleged lover reappeared on the 333rd episode of Boss Toyo’s (Jayson Luzadas) “Pinoy Pawnstars,” hoping to “sell” photographs taken by the late-hip-hop/rap icon. Abegail Rait and her daughter Gaile Francesca presented signed copies of the former Camera Club of the Philippines member, offering photos of their previous trip to Vietnam and several local destinations.

Rait’s six pieces featured Magalona’s landscape snapshots, all dated in 2007—two years before his untimely passing. He hand-signed each portrait with “Ano Lagam,” a creative wordplay of his surname, with Rait verifying several locations based on her travels.

She initially placed a ₱600,000 price tag for the bundle (₱100,000 per photograph), but later revealed that the pieces aren’t for sale but rather as a gift to be displayed for Toyo’s planned museums.

“Joke lang ‘yon. Gusto ko lang talaga ‘tong ibigay sa inyo as a token of appreciation (That’s just a joke. I just really want to give it to you as a token of appreciation),” said Rait.

“Gusto namin kasi i-share sa pamamagitan mo ulit and itong memorabilia na ito. Siyempre looking forward din ako sa malapit na itinatayo mong museums. So Boss Toyo, we would like these to be part of your museum,” she added.

(We’d want to share this again through you. We’re looking forward to the museums you intend to put up and we’d like these to be part of it.)

Rait is recognizable for her previous appearance in the online series, pawning a signed jersey along with a note addressed by Magalona to the former flight attendant. Since coming forth, she noted that it “opened up opportunities for their daughter” regardless of the negative reception from social media previously.
